Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is looking for a Cath Lab Tech Lead to provide advanced imaging support and lead daily cath lab operations. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining charge capture with a focus on patient safety and organizational standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5 years of Diagnostic/Interventional Radiology or Cath/EP Lab experience, ARRT or equivalent certification, and BLS/ACLS/PALS per policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an equivalent healthcare program.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads cath lab procedures and oversees daily operations for quality and safety.
• Maintains equipment readiness, inventory, and charge reconciliation.
• Trains and precepts Technicians/Technologists I/II and ensures team development.
