HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Team Lead-Cath Lab/EP in Springfield, IL. The role oversees daily cath lab/EP operations, serving as the expert resource and lead within the lab.

You will collaborate with leadership and physicians to plan and facilitate activities to meet department goals, while handling QA, scheduling and policy support. Requirements include an Associate’s degree (RN or Radiologic Tech) with state licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 4 years in cardiac cath or EP labs.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or higher education in nursing, radiologic technology, or allied health is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure as RN or Radiographer in state of practice required.
• CI-ARRT or RCIS/RCES credentials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the cath lab/EP lab.
• Serve as expert resource and lead person within cath lab/EP area.
• Plan, implement and facilitate work activity with leadership and physicians.
• Conduct quality assurance, scheduling, and assist with department policies.

Formação académica

Associate's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, radiologic technology, allied health or applied science is preferred
