HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab in Springfield, IL to lead daily operations of the cardiac cath lab and EP lab and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a BSN or related field, with a Master's preferred, and at least 3 years in a cardiac cath lab with supervisory experience. RN or Radiographer license and ARRT credentials are required, with BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, allied health, applied sciences or related field is required.
• Master’s Degree in nursing, radiologic technology or healthcare administration preferred.
• 3+ years in a cardiac cath lab is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Licensed as an RN or Radiographer in the state of practice is required.
• ARRT RT(R) certification if Radiographer is required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• CCRN/CI/RCIS/RCES certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of the cardiac cath lab and EP lab.
• Coordinate pre/post care and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Director and cardiovascular leadership to achieve goals and outcomes.
