Boyd Gaming is seeking a Casino Operations professional in Missouri to coordinate pit procedures and oversee the Slots and Table Games departments. You will maintain professional interactions with staff and guests, ensuring adherence to policies and high service standards.
The role may require acting as the Shift Manager designee and assisting with interviews and talent decisions while upholding strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate and implement the pit procedures. Maintain two-way communication with subordinates to ensure awareness of new policies or procedures. Maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with subordinates and guests. Act as a Casino Operations Shift Manager designee at times in which may be responsible for taxable jackpots in slots.
