Job summary

Kiowa Casino Group is seeking a professional table games dealer to contribute to a high-standard guest experience on the gaming floor. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to deal multiple games with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities include maintaining game integrity, adhering to laws and Kiowa SOPs, and collaborating with floor supervisors to resolve disputes. Flexibility to work varied shifts and high-volume public contact is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Deal table games professionally and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding guest service per Kiowa standards.
• Maintain game integrity and follow SOPs at all times.
• Communicate any disputes or irregularities to supervisor.
• Attend meetings and adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Possess ability to deal Blackjack, Craps, Roulette or other games as assigned.

Responsible for dealing in a professional and proficient manner all Table Games within approved guidelines, applicable laws, policies, and procedures while providing Outstanding Guest Service.Essential Duties & Responsibilities> All Team Members must embrace and deliver Kiowa's Guest Service Standards to every Guest on every shift, as outlined in Orientation, the Team Member Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and any other related training> Consistently ensures an exceptional level of service and satisfaction is achieved throughout the property, exceeding the expectations of external and internal Guests alike in a timely and effective manner> Responsible for the protection and control of the game being dealt> Conducts the game in accordance with Kiowa Casinos' policies and procedures> Advises Floor Supervisor or Shift Manager of any player disputes or irregularities that may arise during the game> Follows all management instructions> Attends all meetings as assigned by Table Games Management> Maintains a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere> Ensures all guests are satisfied with their experience at Kiowa Casinos> May be required to deal the following games as needed: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and any other games known as assigned> All other duties assigned> Must adhere to departmental, organizational, state, and federal safety rules and regulations, applicable processes for safe operation, appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, in addition to any/all related controls for personal welfare and the safety of othersPhysical Demands / Work EnvironmentPHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to communicate using written, oral and computer methods. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods in excess of 8 hours. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a good sense of balance. Must have manual dexterity and ability to use repetitive wrist motions.WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke.
