Coach, a brand within Tapestry, Inc., seeks a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the checkout and act as a brand ambassador. You will greet customers, promote the Insider Program, handle cash operations, and support training to uphold service standards.

The role requires 1+ years in cashiers/retail, strong English, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business needs.
• Strong English language proficiency. Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and move around sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout.
• Greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program.
• Promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per standards.
• Complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean.
• Monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operations.
