Ulta Beauty is hiring a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions, maintain cashwrap standards, and support cashier training. The LC will drive loyalty results, focusing on sales, guest experience, and compliance, while collaborating with the leadership team to manage open/close cash functions and incidents.

The role requires leadership in cash handling, guest service excellence, and the ability to train new cashiers, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail, service, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet guests, engage, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist in makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates to improve team capability.
• Lead and influence peers to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness to ensure guest readiness.
