Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink.
• Ensure exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest and recommending products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with a makeup artist for applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
