Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to manage guest transactions, support cashier training, and drive loyalty initiatives in-store.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and ensuring cashwrap standards and store aesthetics are maintained to enhance the guest experience. The Lead Cashier will oversee register operations, support a team of cashiers, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales goals while improving guest satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsabilités

• Drive loyalty results including credit through guest service excellence.
• Lead cashiering tasks, including open/close, chat ins/outs, and inspections.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing assistance.
• Assist in makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost sales.
• Book and support in-store services and events to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Maintain clean and organized cashwrap displays and store aesthetics.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals.
