Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, provide personalized service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to drive sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
