Qualifications

• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions to deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Partner guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
