Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, provide personalized service and product recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy and courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure proper cash handling and cleanliness.
