Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Ensure guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest and personalizing service.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales and experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
