Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at cash wrap and handle transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Promote Ulta Beauty loyalty program and credit options to drive guest engagement.
• Support cashier training and cross-training of associates.
• Lead by example to ensure store standards and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain organization of cash wrap displays and supplies for guest readiness.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales goals.
