Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and guest loyalty through exceptional cashiering and service.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and promote Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to boost sales.
• Support opening/closing register functions and cashier-related procedures.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
