Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Proven passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashwrap.
• Support loyalty program engagement and credit-related goals.
• Lead cashier team with training and cross-training of associates.
• Schedule and manage open/close register procedures.
• Maintain cashwrap cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales targets.
