Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Guest Services role at our Minooka location. You will lead a shift, process cash and card transactions, and ensure high-quality service for every guest. The job requires adherence to policies on restricted items and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash transactions (cash, credit, and debit).
• Ability to lead a small shift and coordinate 1–2 cashiers.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to follow policies for restricted merchandise.
• Capable of maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process transactions.
• Close out end-of-shift reports and procedures.
• Promote and sell products using recommended methods.
• Deliver quality service to every guest and resolve issues per policy.
• Assist with other travel center tasks as needed.
