Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store employees and oversee daily operations at our Minooka, IL location. The ideal candidate will deliver strong customer service, maintain a clean, safe facility, and assist managers with tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires knowledge of retail operations, teamwork, and proficient use of a calculator and computer. Candidates must be flexible to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay range
