Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest satisfaction and sales at our North Wales store. The role includes leading cashwrap operations, training cashiers, and collaborating with the management team to deliver outstanding service and loyalty outcomes.

You will oversee transactions, assist in training, and ensure proper cash handling and store standards while engaging guests to showcase the Ulta Beauty loyalty program and cosmetics expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and a guest-friendly environment.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate to perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
