Competenze

• Retail or hospitality experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cashiering and cash handling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to motivate and direct Team Members during a busy shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Manage all front-end operations during assigned shifts.
• Delegate tasks to cashiers, assistants, and baggers to ensure productivity and service goals are met.
• Monitor checkout lanes to ensure proper staffing and minimal wait times.
• Assist with complex or escalated transactions and Customer concerns.
• Ensure all cash handling and register procedures are followed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and Customer-ready front-end environment.
• Communicate shift performance, staffing notes, and operational updates to the Front End Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Support training by modeling best practices and reinforcing service standards.
