Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service.
• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per established cash control procedures
• Troubleshoot point-of-sale problems
• Train and direct cashiers and set the standard for customer service
• Maintain front-end cleanliness and organized displays
• Manage customer lines and call for backup cashiers when needed
• Assist with online and curbside orders
• Order and maintain register supplies
• Provide motivation and leadership to front-end staff
