Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a welcoming environment.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
