Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for and support in-store services and events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness at all times.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
