Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Head Cashier to lead cashiers, deliver fast, friendly service, and ensure accurate checkout operations at Porter, TX. You will supervise front-end staff, coach teammates, escalate issues, and support price checks across mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental, while promoting store policies and loss prevention.

Experience of 1+ year as a cashier preferred; strong customer service, teamwork, and willingness to train others

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and Returns transactions accurately.
• Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
• Provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities.
• Escalate issues and assist in supervision, coaching and training of Front End Associates.
