Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Process sales transactions, returns and refunds at the register.
• Coach and train associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Maintain store safety and housekeeping; monitor entrances/exits and security risks.
• Identify shoplifting indicators and report to management/Asset Protection.
