Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers through projects.
• Communicate stock, special orders, and warranty information.
• Process sales, returns, and refunds using register.
• Assist with opening/closing registers and ensuring coverage.
• Verify product information and price match when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
