Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Head Cashier to lead front-end operations at our Florida City location. You will oversee cashier activity, ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service, and keep the Self-Checkout area running smoothly for customers.

In this role, you will supervise, coach and train Front End Associates, handle price checks, POS transactions, and markdowns, and escalate customer issues as needed. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of cashier experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing customer service and handling transactions.
• Head Cashier candidate should have 1+ years of cashier experience.
• Ability to supervise, coach and train other Front End Associates.

Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and Return transactions and assist Self-Checkout area.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service.
• Escalate issues and coach cashiers and new staff.
