Wegmans is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations at the store's exit point. This role involves proactively assisting customers, managing cashiers, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, while providing opportunities for professional growth.
In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide excellent customer service as customers exit the store. If you have an outgoing personality and leadership skills, this could be the role for you!

Work Environment
The physical demands are classified as light to medium. This includes repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting, standing, and walking for up to 4 hours without a break, occasional bending, frequent reaching, moving, and lifting, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. You may be asked to work at a cash register station. The typical weight of items lifted ranges from 5 to 12 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds with assistance. The environment is indoors with exposure to seasonal outdoor temperatures and weather. Basic tools include cash registers, scan guns, shopping bags, and carts.
