Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience required
• CRCR certification through HFMA preferred
• CPAM or related revenue cycle certifications preferred
• Knowledge of hospital and healthcare regulations
• Ability to coordinate projects and personnel tasks

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cash application and reconciliation for hospital and physician revenue
• Lead and develop cash application staff
• Ensure timely posting of HB denials
• Monitor queues and resolve missing payments
• Support month-end close and revenue cycle improvements
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on ERA enrollment and auto-posting
