Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to guide practicum-hours toward BCBA eligibility. The role includes direct supervision of RBTs, case supervision for 3-5 clients, and collaboration with BCBA leadership.

A Master’s in ABA or near-completion, plus 400–600 practicum hours, is required. This full-time, on-site position offers paid hours and robust training as you progress toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for BCBA exam
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with families and supervise RBTs

Responsibilities

• Serve as case supervisor for 3-5 client cases with 20 paid unrestricted hours/week
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT
• Conduct and write assessment reports and family meetings
• LC trainer/supervisor collaboration and ongoing coaching
