Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the case packing team to ensure timely and accurate packing.
• Ensure shipping labels are correctly placed on packed cartons.
• Collaborate with the team to assemble pre-packs, displays, and other objects.
• Move shipments using a pallet jack or hand truck as needed.
• Store shipments securely with proper identification and traceability.
• Operate labeling equipment to mark identifying codes on products.
• Transport material to other departments using hand or pallet jacks as required.
