This role supports shipping operations, labeling accuracy, and efficient inventory movement on a bustling fulfillment floor. You will work under limited supervision, maintain clean work areas, follow safety guidelines, and help meet department incentives through reliable, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic math skills for quantities, measurements, and totals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the case packing team to ensure timely and accurate packing.
• Ensure shipping labels are correctly placed on packed cartons.
• Collaborate with the team to assemble pre-packs, displays, and other objects based on work orders and customer requirements.
• Operate pallet jack or hand truck to move shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• Safely store shipments with proper identification and traceability.
• Operate labeling equipment to mark identifying codes on products or packages.
