Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate's degree and two years of relevant experience in corrections, community supervision, case management, rehabilitation services, or related field.
• Substitution of Experience for Education: Full-time relevant experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis, up to two years.
• Substitution of Education for Experience: Two years of relevant graduate coursework may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, up to two years.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced, complex case management work of considerable difficulty, lead and/or provide oversight of program(s) and case management operations within correctional facilities.
• Oversee complex case decisions and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across case management operations.
• Review and approve assessments, case actions, and documentation to ensure quality and timeliness.
