Job summary

The Guidance Center in Kansas is hiring a Community Support Services Case Manager Supervisor to lead the CSS team in Leavenworth. You’ll recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, manage caseloads, and ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role oversees QMHP, delivers intake assessments, treatment planning, and outpatient therapy, and promotes person-centered care while supporting staff development and crisis coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Professional Counseling.
• Licensure by Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as LMSW, LMLP, LCP, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, LCPC, or LSCSW by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, supervision, and performance management of CSS staff.
• Deliver intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide outpatient therapy for caseload.
• Oversee CSS services including case management, skill-building, and rehabilitation.
• Provide case management to ensure continuity of care and timely service delivery.
• Serve as QMHP for non-therapy clients in the assigned county.
• Supervise CSS staff with regular reviews and coaching.
• Monitor productivity and compliance across CSS programs with corrective actions.
• Support staff development through training and mentoring.
• Provide daytime crisis services in the county as needed.
• Work extra hours to complete required work.
