Job summary

Compass BH TEP Program in Garden City, KS is hiring a Children's Case Manager to provide goal-directed supports and CPST interventions for SED children and families in multiple settings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in mental health/human services or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Case Management Certification as required by Kansas.
• CPST provider must work with SED children/adolescents and families in various human service situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions per treatment plan.
• Deliver CPST services in agency, school, home, and community settings.
• Collaborate with CBS Program Supervisor and team members.
