Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a Case Manager to lead patient care delivery and ensure adherence to case management protocols in the Birmingham area. The role involves supervising staff performance, coordinating activities, and promoting effective decision-making across the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's/Technical degree; Master's degree preferred.
• 1 year of work experience in case management required.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• 1 year of experience required.
