Endeavors in Austin, TX seeks a Lead Case Manager to oversee and coordinate case management activities, ensuring the completion of intake, assessments and individualized housing plans. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining timely client contact, and connecting clients to health, housing, and community resources.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of case management experience with priority populations.

The Lead Case Manager ensures staff maintains appropriate contact with the client, that quality services are provided and that the individualize housing plan is completed timely.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Three years case management experience working with homeless, low income, veterans & their families is a strong plus. Supervisory experience leading other case managers is preferred. Demonstrated ability as a servant leader is preferred.
ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
LICENSES: Driver’s License with a clear record.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.
