IMPACCT Brooklyn is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager Supervisor to lead our Case Management team in delivering exceptional services to clients. In this role, you will ensure that all case management activities meet professional standards, fulfill the requirements of our funding partners, and reflect the organization’s mission and values.
This position provides direct supervision to the Case Management staff and is responsible for performance management, training, and onboarding of team members.

Exempt, full‑time position. Typical work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasionally, evening or weekend work may be required, including overtime, participation in special program events, and on‑call hours to respond to urgent situations.
This role functions within a professional office setting, combining administrative tasks with direct interaction with field participants. The role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Employees should be mobile and capable of visiting clients’ apartments, climbing stairs, and traveling within the community.
