Job summary

Compass SLS & ILS in Red Bluff, CA is seeking a Case Facilitator to lead a small team, manage a caseload of 4–6 clients, and coordinate scheduling and services.

The position offers paid on-the-job training, clear promotion tracks, and real opportunities for advancement within a values-driven organization. Pay is $28–$30/hour at hire, with a max longevity rate of $36/hour, on a full-time, 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the social services industry.
• Fingerprint clearance.
• Pre-employment drug test (required).
• Acceptable DMV record.
• Valid CA Driver License.
• Working vehicle and auto insurance.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 4–6 clients.
• Lead a team of caregivers and coordinate client services and scheduling.
• Respond to emergency calls (one week per month).
• Provide training to small and medium-sized groups.
