Compass in Sacramento is hiring a Case Manager (ILS Facilitator) to lead a small team of Life Coaches and support adults with developmental disabilities. The role combines office work, client support in the field, and collaborative meetings in a hybrid schedule.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years social work, valid CA driver’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening. Competitive benefits provided.

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Starting Pay: $26–$28/hour | Growth up to $34/hour
