Job summary

Compass SLS & ILS in Orange County is seeking a Case Manager to lead a small team of Life Coaches and support adults with developmental disabilities through individualized client work and service planning. The role blends field client support with office collaboration in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, a CA driver’s license, fingerprint clearance, and must pass drug screening. This is a full-time, growth-focused position with meaningful leadership opportunities.

Starting Pay: $27.50–$29.50/hour | Growth up to $36.50/hour
