Closets by Design is seeking a Lead Carpentry Installer to lead installations of custom closets and home organizational systems, ensuring safety and high-quality work at customer homes. You will install products, follow drawings, use hand and power tools, measure and fit materials, and keep sites clean.

Qualifications

• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install products in customer homes safely and professionally.
• Follow drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Lead Carpentry Installer. Our Carpentry Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion, and operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

• Hourly pay with performance-based earning incentives. Total earning potential of $60K-$80K+ in first year.
