Job summary

DeLoa & Sons Construction is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team in the Omaha metro area, focusing on residential and commercial remodeling, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and other projects. The role requires 3+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience and leadership on day-to-day jobsite work.

This is a hands‑on lead position under our Project Manager with a crew typically consisting of a Lead Carpenter and a General Laborer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional carpentry or remodeling experience
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read plans and understand project scope
