Job summary

EXOVATIONS® of Atlanta, LLC seeks a Lead Carpenter to lead a crew installing decks, porches, windows and doors. You’ll train and direct carpenters, ensure safety, manage on-site tasks, and communicate with project managers and clients.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and strong problem-solving abilities, with opportunities for career advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prefer lead or management experience in construction.
• Current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Carpenters to perform assigned project tasks.
• Communicates clearly with Installation Manager and clients as the working jobsite manager.
• Responsible for jobsite safety, cleanliness, security and protection from the elements.
• Orders construction materials as needed.
• Produces projects in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Participates in weekly on-site meetings with client, Installation Manager and Project Manager.
