Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Meets Carpenter IV requirements with EXO.
• Lead or management experience in construction preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Carpenters to perform assigned tasks.
• Ensures site safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Coordinates with Installation Manager and Project Manager.
• Performs carpentry tasks with high craftsmanship.
• Orders construction materials as needed.
• Maintains project documentation and labor sheets.
