As a Carpenter II, you’ll be part of a focused crew that strives for on‑time project completion, safe worksites, and high‑quality results while pursuing advancement to Lead Carpenter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years related experience in the construction industry.
• Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Current and valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain safe and clean worksites and vehicles.
• Ensure happy EXO customers.
• Seek opportunities to advance to LC (Lead Carpenter).
