Solt's Construction & Repair LLC is seeking a seasoned Lead Carpenter / Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee remodeling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will lead teams, read blueprints, estimate materials, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain safe, organized jobsites while communicating professionally with homeowners, designers, vendors, and the project team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
