Job Overview:

• Company: Thompson Restoration Associates
• Salary/Pay Rate: $27.00 — $30.00 per hour
• Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite with up to 10% travel)
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Primary shifts Monday — Friday with weekend and after hours as needed
• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Restoration & Specialty Reconstruction

You will lead hands-on restoration and specialty reconstruction projects to help rebuild homes and businesses damaged by fire, water, and weather. This role gives you the independence to solve complex site problems, direct carpentry operations, and showcase your craftsmanship within a stable, family-owned business. You will play a central role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship while building a rewarding, long-term career.
