Integrated Restoration in Cleveland, OH is seeking a skilled Restoration Carpenter to rebuild damaged homes and structures with craftsmanship and pride. The role focuses on framing, drywall, trim, painting, cabinetry, and other finish work, with attention to matching finishes and clean, precise details.

You will work with a team, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safe, organized job sites while showing up reliably every day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience (remodeling or restoration preferred).
• Skill in drywall, framing, trim, painting, and finish work.
• Light mechanical skills: patch-back plumbing/electrical/HVAC is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual — you show up when you say you will.
• Willingness to take part in the on-call rotation for emergency tarp/board-up response.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Someone who takes their time — but doesn’t waste it.
• Someone who cares more about doing it right than doing it fast.
