Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on work across multiple trades: framing, trim carpentry, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical.
• Take ownership of project progress and ensure quality at every stage.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to keep schedules on track.
• Communicate with clients and the team to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
